Terms of Service
Last upadated on Thu Sep 03
Welcome to Product Rally. These terms are short on purpose. By using the site you agree to them. The site is operated by Craftwork, a company registered in the Republic of Armenia, and the address for anything on this page is hello@craftwork.design. Registration details are available on request.
What Product Rally is
An invite-only board where members post products they find remarkable and a trusted circle votes for the best ones. Rankings are ours and editorial. Nobody can buy a place, a vote or a membership, and that rule sits above every other one here.
Accounts and invites
You need an account to take part, and you must be at least 16. Invites are personal: share them only with people you actually vouch for. We may revoke invites, remove votes or close accounts that game the system, including vote rings, sold invites, duplicate accounts and coordinated voting. Banning an account removes its votes and voids the invites it has not used.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. By posting you give us a licence to show it on Product Rally, in our emails, in our feeds and on our social channels. Post only what you have the right to post. We may edit a name, a tagline or an image for consistency, and we may remove anything at our discretion.
Comments are plain text and open to any signed-in account. Links in them are limited to members and to the maker who claimed the product, because that is the line that keeps a comment section from becoming a link farm.
Maker claims
Claiming a product requires proof of ownership: a DNS record, a mailbox on the product domain, a verification tag, or a manual review. A false claim leads to removal of the claim and a ban.
Reporting a problem
Every product page carries a report button, and the admin works that queue by hand. Nothing about a product changes automatically because someone reported it.
If something here infringes your copyright or trademark, write to hello@craftwork.design with the page, the work and your standing to ask. We take down first and talk after when the claim is plausible, and we restore what turns out to be wrong.
Pro
Pro buys knowledge and tooling, never influence. It unlocks the member deal codes on product pages, the numbers behind the hunts you posted or claimed, and the pick of the week your next hunt launches in. It grants no votes, no trust, no membership and no invites, and it moves nothing on the board.
Payments run through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Cancel any time, access runs to the end of the paid period, refunds follow the Lemon Squeezy policy.
Sponsorship
The sponsor slot is a labelled card, bought by the week. It is marked as an ad, it is never dressed as a hunt, and it buys that slot and nothing else: no votes, no ranking, no place in a collection and no editorial coverage.
No warranties
The products listed here are made by other people. We do not endorse them, we do not test them and we do not guarantee anything about them, including what a deal code turns out to be worth. Follow a link at your own judgement. The site is provided as is and as available, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Craftwork is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, data or goodwill, or for anything that happens between you and a product you found here. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for most people is nothing.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can delete your account from the dashboard at any moment. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless saying so would help someone keep gaming the board.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, and a dispute we cannot settle by writing to each other goes to the courts of Yerevan.
If you deal with us as a consumer in a place whose law gives you rights that a contract cannot take away, you keep them. Nothing above is meant to move you out of your own consumer protection.
Changes
We may update these terms, and a meaningful change will be announced on the site rather than slipped in quietly.
